1. 护照：已签名，有效期至旅行结束，并至少有一个签证空白页可用 （不接受修改页）;
3. 照片：一张近期 2 英寸 x 2 英寸的护照照片尺寸，正面视图，白色背景;
（即最近三个月的银行/信用卡对账单或薪水/工资单的复印件）);
5. 在美国合法居留的证据：绿卡或有效签证的复印件;
7. 要为未成年人申请签证：父母双方必须在此处签署表格 （详见附件图片）。
本文以纽约为例，来梳理一下在美国申请巴西签证的流程。

1. Log in - Access the E-CONSULAR system (https://ec-novayork.itamaraty.gov.br) and register with your e-mail or Brazilian CPF.
If you choose to use your e-mail for the registration, a message from E-CONSULAR will be sent to your email with an access code, which should be inserted into the system. Next, you need to create a password and insert your contact information.

3. Fill out the information and send images of the paperwork: Read the instructions carefully and fill in all the fields with the requested information. 4.Complete the request - After filling in all the information, submit the request.

- Authorization for the applicant to schedule an appointment; or
- A request to correct or complete information that has been submitted.

If you receive a message requesting to correct or complete information, process the changes/additions and resubmit the validation request.
